This site may collect information you voluntarily submit through the conflict-check form, along with ordinary technical information generated by the web server. If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, the site may also record referral and campaign parameters such as UTM tags.
Contact forms
Do not submit confidential or privileged facts through the initial conflict-check form. The form is intended to collect identifying and contact information needed to determine whether the firm can speak with you.
How inquiries are attributed
This website uses browser session storage, when available, to retain the first entry page, referring page and campaign tags, and to record a later referral or campaign separately. URL query strings and fragments are removed from stored page and referrer addresses; recognized UTM campaign fields are retained separately. This attribution accompanies your conflict-check submission to Charles M. Wright at Beermann LLP. Your optional answer to “How did you find Mr. Wright?” is recorded separately from detected information. Missing referral data is treated as unknown; it does not establish that you did or did not use an AI assistant. Attribution is used to understand inquiries, not to alter legal advice.
Attorney-client relationship
Using this site or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after conflicts are cleared and a written engagement is established.
Conversation requests and automatic acknowledgments
The contact form sends your identifying and contact information, contact preference and referral information to Charles’s team for review and follow-up. If selected, an automatic acknowledgment is emailed to the address you provide without repeating your submission details. You can turn it off before submitting. A temporary hashed email identifier limits repeat automatic replies.
Support calculator inputs
Income figures and results are processed in your browser. They are not submitted to the firm, stored in site session storage or attached to a contact request.
